1. Eligibility
- Items can be exchanged or returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.
- Invoice or order confirmation is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable/non-exchangeable:
- Underwear and inner garments
- Socks
- Certain personal items (e.g., handkerchiefs, towels if opened)
- Items sold as “Final Sale” or “Clearance – No Return”
3. Return Methods
- In-store: You can visit our store with the product and invoice.
- Online orders: Contact us via WhatsApp or phone with your order number. Our team will guide you.
4. Refunds
- Refunds may be in the form of store credit, exchange, or original payment method (depending on our internal policy).
- Delivery charges are usually non-refundable, unless the item was damaged or wrong.
5. Damaged or Wrong Item
- If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 24–48 hours with photos.
- We will arrange an exchange or replacement after verification.
