1. Eligibility

  • Items can be exchanged or returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.
  • Invoice or order confirmation is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable/non-exchangeable:

  • Underwear and inner garments
  • Socks
  • Certain personal items (e.g., handkerchiefs, towels if opened)
  • Items sold as “Final Sale” or “Clearance – No Return”

3. Return Methods

  • In-store: You can visit our store with the product and invoice.
  • Online orders: Contact us via WhatsApp or phone with your order number. Our team will guide you.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds may be in the form of store credit, exchange, or original payment method (depending on our internal policy).
  • Delivery charges are usually non-refundable, unless the item was damaged or wrong.

5. Damaged or Wrong Item

  • If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 24–48 hours with photos.
  • We will arrange an exchange or replacement after verification.
